Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Notice
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Notifications can be made via:
- Phone call/text to 07886 199433
- Email to admin@candu.com
- Direct message on Instagram or Facebook
2. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)
Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% non-refundable deposit of the booked service cost. This must be paid via bank transfer prior to rebooking.
Bank transfer details will be provided at time of cancellation.
3. No-Shows
Missed appointments without prior communication will incur a 100% fee of the service cost, payable before future bookings.
4. Deposit Payment
- Bank transfer details will be provided upon cancellation
- Payments must clear before rescheduling
- Deposit will be deducted from your next service
5. Emergencies
Exceptions may apply for verifiable emergencies (e.g., medical or family crises). Proof may be requested.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an emergency.
6. Running Late
Arrivals 15+ minutes late may result in:
- Shortened service time (to avoid delaying next clients)
- Rescheduling (treated as a late cancellation)
7. Policy Acknowledgement
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. This policy helps us maintain availability for all clients.
